Shipping: Orders will be shipped:USPS - UPS or FedEx. Order weight and cost will determine method of shipment. Adjusted invoice with shipping method and amounts will be sent via e-mail after orders are processed. All our products are hand made at the time of ordering.  Our products are not held in stock. Most orders will be filled within 4-5 days. Wholesale or custom ordering may require additional processing time. Due to the extreme summer heat in Phoenix Arizona, processing times maybe extended.  If you need product right away, please give us a call.  

Returns: All custom candle orders are final, no exceptions. Damaged products due to shipping will be replaced or a refund will be given once approved. Please contact us for instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees will be applied on all returned products. Products must be returned unused within 15 days of purchase date. Cash refunds will be given within 7 days of approval. Return shipping charges are not reimbursed

Payment Options: Gel Tyme accepts personal checks, money orders, credit card and Paypal. All credit card payment will be requested through paypal. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Returned checks will impose a $25.00 return check fee on issuer.

Gel Candles: Gel Tyme strives to bring you the highest quality products available. All of our candle creations are hand made using either Penreco’s MP or HP Versagel, soy wax or paraffin wax, non-polar fragrance oils, and lead-free wicks. Each candle is hand crafted and can be custom ordered to your specifications. Glassware and embeds can vary due to availability. Please call or e-mail for prices. Allow two - three weeks for delivery on custom orders. Prices do not include shipping charges.

Forever Candles: Our forever candles are made for you to enjoy for years to come. A separate glass tea light cup is added to the center of the candle. This cup will hold one plastic tea light cup that burns for approximately 6 to 7 hours. This method of candle making not only insures a safer candle, it allows you to change the color and fragrance choice of the smaller tea light cup. Our tea light cups are easy to replace, and will beautifully illuminate your candle. Tea light cups are made with the same Penreco MP or HP gel and non-polar fragrance oils.

Please note * tea light cups are meant for our candles only. If purchased or burnt on their own, they should be used with a tea light candle holder.

DO NOT burn tea light cups directly on furniture, counter tops, mirrors, or other surfaces, they require a tea light holder.

Cleaning your candle – to clean the top of your candle, simply wipe the top of your candle with a baby cleaning cloth. A light layer of film may appear but this disappears when the candle is lit.

Gel Wax Embeds: Gel Tyme's gel wax embeds have a melting point of 160*. Additives and UV inhibitors are added to insure the highest quality of gel wax embeds possible. Our gel wax embeds are all hand poured and color variations sometimes occur. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Please read and understand all safety instruction before using our products. Any questions or concerns please contact us.

  • Never burn any candle unattended.
  • Never burn for more than four hours.
  • Always trim wick to 1/4 inch above the gel surface before each use ~ this will insure proper wick flame.
  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
  • Keep candles away from drafts, vents, and flammable objects.
  • Keep matches and other debris out of candle.
  • Do not move a glass container candle when candle is burning and/or the gel is still liquid.
  • Never burn the last inch of the candle.
  • Extinguish the flame if it burns too close to the container walls.
