Shipping: Orders will be shipped:USPS - UPS or FedEx. Order weight and cost will determine method of shipment. Adjusted invoice with shipping method and amounts will be sent via e-mail after orders are processed. All our products are hand made at the time of ordering. Our products are not held in stock. Most orders will be filled within 4-5 days. Wholesale or custom ordering may require additional processing time. Due to the extreme summer heat in Phoenix Arizona, processing times maybe extended. If you need product right away, please give us a call.
Returns: All custom candle orders are final, no exceptions. Damaged products due to shipping will be replaced or a refund will be given once approved. Please contact us for instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees will be applied on all returned products. Products must be returned unused within 15 days of purchase date. Cash refunds will be given within 7 days of approval. Return shipping charges are not reimbursed
Payment Options: Gel Tyme accepts personal checks, money orders, credit card and Paypal. All credit card payment will be requested through paypal. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Returned checks will impose a $25.00 return check fee on issuer.
